A Lifestyle Obsession



Cause and Effect has never been as clear as this opening monologue by late night talk show host
Craig Ferguson.

He correctly points out how advertising and marketing  from the late 1950's to early 60's effected the coming decades.

We currently live in an age that celebrates youth and consumerism. It has become an obsession.

The natural progression of life is that youth does give way to experience and wisdom. Western culture sees aging as an infirmity that should be stopped or at the very least disguised.

Like Bill Hicks before him, the truth couldn't be any funnier.
